CFHS is Enjoying Futures' Lettuce/Herbs

We are happy to announce this week that the Futures Greenhouse has clipped its first round of lettuce and cilantro to be used in the Cuyahoga Falls High School cafeteria. All sandwiches this week will contain a variety of lettuce grown in the greenhouse and the cilantro will be used in the Fiesta Mixed Veggies. The students and I would like to thank Bill Bailey, Erin Cole, Russ Hofer, and everyone else who has supported the Farm to School project in one way or another. This is only the first part of the journey. Stay tuned to see what's next for CFHS and the Futures Greenhouse.
